All players and coaches must always treat everyone the way they would like to be treated. That means respect, dignity and sportsmanship at all times. As an organization and community UMB values diversity and inclusion above all. We condemn any racism, bigotry violence and injustice in all forms.
With an amazing team of coaches not only striving for improvement amongst all their players on the court but aspiring us to better ourselves off the court as well. It is no secret that we create truly special bonds here at UMB. Being apart of the UMB community is taking part in something that is much greater than the game of basketball. This team has allowed me to create friendships, memories and unforgettable experiences I know my teammates, coaches and I will cherish this for a lifetime. Mu experience here has taught me so much, but most importantly that the Huskies are a family, my family.

Calling yourself a UMB Husky is about more than just basketball. Being a member of this team means you are apart of a sisterhood that grows together as they work to reach their full potential. Through the teaching and mentorship of coaches, girls are empowered to be diligent, committed and respectful individuals on and off the basketball court. Surrounding yourself with the players and staff at UMB is a privilege and a chance to forge unbreakable bonds with the girls who will support you no matter what!

Being a UMB player, you have coaches that truly care for you ( your health before anything), they help you with everything such as your skills, your shooting, your confidence, etc. In fact they'll make you become a better player. You'll have phenomenal teammates, who got each others back on and off the court, a delightful bond with everyone. You're not only gonna "die" after practice but you will also die of laughter and finally it has become a second family to me. Playing with UMB from the beginning has taught me a lot not only about basketball but also about life. This group has given us more than simply a team but it has given us a family!
